Why does your business need menopause education?

Although it is not (yet) a legal requirement to have a menopause policy for the workplace, it is advisable to address how your business, your managers and your staff will approach this life stage, given that women aged 45-55 make up an important part of the working population.

Women in this age group (and those who experience menopause at a younger age) often find that their symptoms affect their working life, and that a few simple adjustments can have a huge impact.
